Hello World

Demonstrates a simple parameterized job.

Configure

$ bazel run //:test_job.cfg test_output

Execute

Doesn't actually write an output.

$ bazel run //:test_job.cfg test_output | bazel run //:test_job
EXECUTE!
foo=bar
args=will build test_output
